Flexible, a lot of PTO/every other Friday off, supportive office environment. Comfortable Job

Cons

Hard to move up/limited opportunity depending on office. Pay is below market value and others can be hired down the line at a way higher rate while your stays the same. Raises are the bare minimum of 3%.
