      -Poor Management -Lack of structure/ onboarding/ offboarding - Horrible pay as compared to market standards. Minimum 20% below market rate - Poor communication around change and HR policies -Untrained Managers -Lack of progression clarity and ambiguous career prospects

Creating a healthy and supportive work environment is a top priority for us and we know that micro-management can hinder productivity and morale. We do actively review our pay and benefits, benchmarking them against the local market for all the roles in our team and the well-being of our employees is of utmost importance. It is disheartening to hear about the level of stress and emotional strain you experienced.
