Fun, young, international

Pros

It's a very international company - so throughout working here, I got to meet people from all over the world. The travel benefits are also incredible. The people working here, no matter which office around the world, are all generally awesome, cultured, well-rounded people who know how to work hard and have fun.

Cons

The only thing I would say could have been better would be the pay.

Pros

Let you work freely on your own and explore your opportunities to grow on your own.

Cons

Forced to entertain seniors & directors in activities totally not job related. Directors can't make up their minds as they are too new on the job or getting use to the Asia culture. Worst yet is some of the marketing directors are not Asian but trying to promote to the Asian marketing without the local language background.

Good starter job, limited opportunities for growth

Pros

Great place to build sales skills and make new friends if you are from outside of the city. Opportunities to travel but it takes a while to get to that point. Good starter job

Cons

Horrible employee retention, it is very rare to find employees who have been there for more than 2 years Limited opportunities for growth- limited upper management positions so you can either work as a tour consultant for multiple years or leave. Professionalism of some higher level employees is lacking. More focused on finding people they can pay less than actually developing employees
