Pros

Meet new people, good atmosphere, allows for independence and flexibility in terms of choosing your work hours. Also allow you to take any overtime whenever you want it.

Cons

A lot of work for not much reward. The teachers are underpaid for the amount of effort that goes into the teaching.

Pros

A very international company in its own rights, good pay and the opportunity to work and experience the education management industry in a diverse way

Cons

Too much of an amatuer spirit that cuts in the way of expanding and creating the global brand on a local scale.

Pros

EF feels more like a start-up than any company - yet we are 35,00 strong in more than 55 countries. We are a social, connected, vibrant place. The energy here is infectious. I love our company mission and the work my colleagues and I get to do makes us feel like we're changing the world every day. Working with teachers, students and global travelers is really an honor and yet we can have fun doing it. Hands down the best place to work and I am so glad I came here.

Cons

Very few - but we are still a BIG company. So even though we act small, you always have the typical challenges that every big company experiences - internal communications, lots of people working on projects, etc. But the good thing about EF is that you always have ownership of your projects and it's up to you to see it through.
