Pros

EF loves to have company parties and give out free swag. Young environment. Free International travel if you last a year. Great 2 week training program, laid back environment, no strict dress code, easy to speak with senior level management.

Cons

Low salary, hard to achieve bonuses, teammates can treat you like crap and nothing is done about it, rare chance of advancement, stuck in a sales role for at least 3 years, cold-calling all the time.

Pros

Beautifully situated on top of a hill in a residential area in a small village and yet close enough to a metropolitan city. Students are such delight to teach and majority of the staff are amazing.

Cons

Pay is low. Expectations of staff are very high but there is no reward, gratitude or loyalty given in return.

Pros

Really GREAT culture. A lot of like minded people who work for the overarching mission of travel and education. They are excellent in regards to benefits and a work life balance. It's a younger company so you're around a lot of people similar in age and mind set. Travel benefits are excellent if you do your job well enough and perks are great. They are good to their employees while you're there

Cons

The pay is decent. As a Tour Consultant, I started at 30K. They do offer bonus but definitely mislead in terms of HOW much bonus you'll eventually make. A promotion to Sr. TC got me 2,000 dollars and capped my growth potential. Good for lateral moves but difficult to continue with progression upward.
