Pros

* Nice international atmosphere; * EF wants to be a family;

Cons

* Bad payment. It doesn't allow you to provide for a your family; * Too many Swedes (on key positions) in offices outside Sweden. This makes you think you are being discriminated if you are not Swedish; * Far too many unqualified junior 'managers'; * Most people stay only for 1-3 years. Even in my 'short' period at EF I have seen lots of people come and go;

Pros

Good pay in sales for top-performers, excellent benefits (medical/dental, 3/4 weeks vacation, annual free trips) professional development (in sales) recently implemented, friendly atmosphere, fun product to sell (who doesn't love to travel?)

Cons

The leader here is, sadly, not a leader; obsessed with arbitrary numbers (except the numbers that count, customers booked), making broken promises of prizes based on bookings and not delivering incidentally destroying all credibility on the part of management, extremely poor communication from management on job expectations, impulsive decision making on the part of leaders and senior management, constant change of marketing message and sales strategy making a steady bonus and sales techniques nearly impossible. This used to be an amazing place to work that respected hard work, experience, encouraged creative input, and top sales performance. Now, unfortunately, not even a top sales person has any kind of job security because of the impulsive, inexperienced leadership here. It's sad indeed and I truly hope they are able to turn it around because the product, tour directors, and employees are incredible.
