Pros

if you do great work you will be recognized

Cons

just too many gossiping..very negative culture that start from the managers..and doesnt seem the higher level manager like the Country Manager could do anything about it..which create such a negative energy everytime you go to the office..very demotivating..while ironically it is a very sales based jobs for the most part which the result is so contradicting with the practice ..no wonder..
