Pros

Multi national company, with different degree of personalities and expertise where I am able to get acceptance of you requirements, ideas and solutions. You get involves at all levels and with different degree of experience and expertise. Have gained experience in E Commerce and some CSM web expiries.

Cons

Takes time to adapt to the culture and different time zones. Videoconferencing with multiple culture is hard when you are trying to gain business processes understanding.
