Pros

Interesting and stable working environment, multicultural, nice people. many opportunities to travel around the world and meet new people.

Cons

I don't have to say anything negative about EF. Maybe, some bureaucratic procedures could be replaced with modern up to date ones. Overall company management was really good.

Pros

Positive environment, passionate culture, amazing core values! People at EF are sparking and the Company mission is amazing! One of the best places I've been working in in the last period (I've 20 years of experience)

Cons

Sometime the amazing core values face with people arrogance and this leads to big misunderstandings. Of course it happens in many companies but to waste the potential achievable with true star employees it's really a mistake.
