      Great environment but you know you'd get more elsewhere

      Pros

      Great people, open working environment, really unique culture. A youthful dynamic in the main, which is attractive to many target hires.

      Cons

      Young culture can in fact be detrimental as the compensation model is targeted around that. Upper management is dominated by EF-ers, i.e. people who play the game and talk the talk.

      Great place to get your feet wet with sales. Fun people to work with. Young people and cool atmosphere. Free trips

      Cons

      Very low starting pay Very poor commission structure Catty and cut-throat people in the office Managers with no managerial or leadership skills Undefined ladder to climb.

      Great people but some parts of the company has lost its way and forgotten the Core Values

      Great people, fun, vibrant and energetic

      Cons

      Extremely secretive company - which confuses people as to what is important information No HR at all so managers are relied on to do the job of supporting career growth etc (which does not always happen) Some weak managers (and people learning to be managers from them) No training or sponsorship Very few benefits aside from one off drinking events a few times a year
