Thanks for sharing. Great to hear you have felt really aligned with EF's mission in your sales role. As there is no location on this review you may not have received this info already, but wanted to make sure you knew that there is a DEIB Town Hall this week open to all team members. These occur quarterly and are aimed at fostering transparency, building community, and encouraging accountability. You can always submit questions beforehand so you could bring up your concerns on lack of diversity if you wanted to. You can check with the RED (Recruitment & Employee Development) team or Office Life & Services team in your office and they should be able to point you in the right direction if you need more info. Thanks again for sharing and being part of the team!

Pros

Working as a Residence Advisor at EF Education First in Malta was a truly rewarding experience. The job was well-organized and not too stressful — we always worked in pairs or small teams, which made every shift enjoyable and manageable. There were about 20 of us working together, and the team atmosphere was fantastic — supportive, fun and full of energy. Outside of work, we explored the island, went on trips, and shared great moments together. The senior residence advisors and management were always available and very supportive, creating a positive and friendly work environment. In addition to the salary, EF provided free accommodation and full board, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a great opportunity to work, learn and meet amazing people from all over Europe.

Cons

Honestly, very few! I cannot think of any

How great to hear! Sounds like you had an enriching summer working at the EF Malta school. The supportive colleagues, room and board included, and the fact that the city isn't a terrible place to be located in the summer are all things we know people love about that job. Thanks so much for taking the time to share it for future job seekers.
