Thanks for taking the time to share about your experience in our Zürich office. If you have any specific points that you feel need improving you can always bring it up to your manager, Recruitment & Employee Development team, or you can also email us at hr@ef.com—we would love to learn more! EF has human resource teams, but it might not always be called HR in every region. In some countries, the HR function is split between the Recruitment & Employee Development (RED) teams, Payroll, and Legal. For any HR related questions or concerns, we recommend that employees contact their RED representative, who can guide them further. We hope that you have felt supported during your time at EF, and please feel free to reach out directly if there is anything further we can do. Thanks again for sharing.

Pros

Mission: helping change the world is very rewarding Values: The 7 core values all align with personal responsibility and careful stewardship of companies Culture: flat, accessible management and flexible with personal needs Work: given agency to work on projects with no fear of backlash for failures and celebrated for success. The training is also excellent. I'll always be able to sell something from what I learned at EF. Benefits: lots of free travel and generous employment package

Cons

Pay: is lower than average in market Communication: it sometimes feels like people work in silos with others not knowing what is happening in their areas
