Hi, thanks for writing about your time as an Administrative Assistant in Malta. We’re glad to hear you appreciated the environment, but we’re also concerned to learn that the workload and stress levels so negatively impacted your overall experience, as reflected in your 1-star rating. If you're open to it, we’d appreciate the opportunity to learn more about your specific challenges and would encourage you to speak with your manager or People & Culture team. You can also reach out to us directly at hr@ef.com if you are more comfortable that way. Thank you again for being part of the team.

Pros

- cafe open daily with free coffee and free fruit on Tuesdays - great gym with free classes - we have senior leaders host talks often and it's great to learn from them and hear what they are working on - you hear many languages spoken when you walk through the office - great community with different clubs and events to join

Cons

- if you need a lot of clear guidelines it might not be the company for you. best for people who thrive on creative problem solving and taking initiative, even when the path isn't clear (which I love!)

Pros

EF has great time off policies and makes sure you get to take time off. The health benefits are also unmatched. I did have the opportunity to work remotely for EF and the flexibility was great. They are not a remote first company

Cons

Pay was not great and ability to grow and move up was very difficult. They claim you pave your own path but don't provide a lot of support to grow in your role. As a sales person my territory was changed every 6 months causing me to have to start from scratch and having the inability to earn my bonus.
