Pros

The pros with working for EF is the combination of the big corporation and the entrepreneurial spirit. In my experience colleagues and managers wants you to grow and are appreciative of new ideas and ways of working. Another pro is the diversity, which makes the office environment dynamic and fun

Cons

The lack of structure at times has both pros and cons, but I mostly see it as a con because it often causes confusion and delays in decision making

The combination of our entrepreneurial spirit and the scale of a global company make EF a unique and exciting place to work. Openness to new ideas and collaborating with diverse teams are things we work hard to cultivate and it's wonderful to hear these are aligning with your experience as a Senior Financial Analyst. On clear communication and change management, these are things we continue to think carefully about in our approach and growth across products. Thank you for your commitment to the team and your thoughtful reflection.

Hello there, we are glad to hear that the people, benefits, and travel opportunities made a meaningful impact on your experience as an Account Manager in Denver. Making sure our staff feel supported and guided by strong leadership is something we hold ourselves to, and we appreciate you sharing where that fell short for you. On return to office, prior to Covid, we had a traditional 5 days in policy for office-based staff which then evolved over several years from remote permitted to 2 days in, then 3, and now 4. We are committed to in-person collaboration whenever possible and know that change doesn't work for everyone. Thank you for your review and time with us in Denver.
