Pros

Travel perks, comprehensive health insurance, a youthful and energetic office culture, and solid opportunities for early career development. Great mission.

Cons

Once you've gained early career development, opportunities for upward mobility are extremely limited unless someone else leaves. There are no clearly defined career paths. Lateral moves can happen, but you'll need to advocate strongly for yourself. Don’t expect proactive support from management or colleagues related to pay or career growth. Job security is low- Layoffs can happen at any time regardless of tenure. Very limited opportunities to advocate for more pay.

Pros

Good people, travel perks, great benefits (insurance, pto, etc.)

Cons

Low pay for the amount of work you’re expected to do, poor alignment with sales and operations, company has all these big plans and can’t follow through with them which hurts employees at the bottom of the totem pole, and poor work life balance
