Pros

working at ef has taught a lot, for example how I don't want to be if I'm a manager one day.

Cons

Management, it's all chaos and cliques, my colleagues were great but I'm happy to be out.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are sorry to hear of your negative experience working here. Your feedback on management, organization, and cliques is concerning. We understand how important the role of the manager is, and we aim to train our managers, especially new managers, in everything they need to run their teams successfully. This is the reason why we have our global manager training program called the Very Colorful Book. We're sorry your experience didn't reflect this, and we encourage you to reach out to hr@ef.com so we can learn more about your specific experience and ensure your concerns are properly addressed. Thank you again for leaving a review.

Pros

Truly international workplace with exciting, diverse colleagues Beautiful office space with lots of energy and creativity Fun community events and a lively office culture right in the city center Leadership trainings are excellent and provide real personal growth Working on services which have lifelong impact on students' lives

Cons

Elaborate sign-off processes take time and energy, where trust isn't always felt Frequent restructuring and quarterly finance review based decisions on hiring and layoffs can feel exhausting and lower morale
