We're glad to hear the people and flexibility made a positive impression on you in your role as an On Tour Support Coordinator. Customer interactions can be unpredictable and the people who handle those moments well are what make the difference for our travelers. Thank you!

Pros

Opportunities to travel as part of the job, with expenses covered and no PTO required unless you choose to extend your trip. The people are friendly and approachable at all levels, and there’s strong representation of women in leadership—up to a certain point. The company also hosts fun summits and social events.

Cons

The salary is far too low to live in Boston. The trips are also overpriced relative to the value customers receive. The company emphasizes perks and benefits as a “total package,” but it often feels like a way to distract from below-market pay. There’s little focus on retaining strong talent, turnover seems accepted, with a preference for replacing experienced employees with recent graduates willing to accept lower salaries.

This is such a thoughtful review. Thank you for taking the time to share it. Concerns around salaries and career growth are important topics, and we recognize the impact these areas can have on your experience working here. Retaining strong talent is definitely a focus for us, so we’re sorry to hear that has not been your experience. As compensation packages are reviewed annually, we’ve shared your comments as part of those discussions. If you have not already done so, we would also encourage you to speak with your manager or local RED team as they can best support you.
