Thank you very much for the feedback, we strive to maintain a strong, positive culture, with competitive benefits and pay. We're sorry to hear about the perspective of the antiquated sales system. We have invested heavily, for a number of years now, in a state-of-the-art CRM, data driven metrics that support decision making and sales activities, along with monthly live sales training opportunities, delivered by senior sales consultants, that are derived from recent best selling sales curriculum. Of course, we can always improve and are certainly open to suggestions / recommendations. Fifteen of the sixteen offices are remote, or apart from the So Cal corporates offices, and thus question how all can be seen in less than favorable light. What's more, our Executive Leadership team is spread out across the country, with only two members residing in Southern California - We sincerely strive to support all of our offices equally.
