Pros

Our ownership group and board of directors allows us to run each regional office as it's own independent company. We are given the autonomy to make critical decisions that directly influence our efficiencies and profitability. Most companies in our industry want to manage from the top down and this simply doesn't allow their regional offices to make timely, strategic decisions. Ellison has always shown faith in their teams and I believe this is what allows us to be successful.

Cons

Realizing that no company is perfect, I do not have any major criticism of Ellison Technologies.
