6yThank you for the positive review. As an organization we try to provide training and growth opportunities. In 2015 when one of major builders decided to go direct, and the industry also saw a bit of a down turn, we had to restructure. However since then we've seen a strong growth pattern and have continued to hire and add to our overall numbers (many of whom have been employees that have decided to come back to Ellison, for which we are very grateful)
