Excellent business systems and market data with a dedicated and experienced Engineering and Service team. Our primary machine brand Doosan is a great partner and our relationship and market share grows stronger every month.

Cons

Not enough qualified people to fill the spots we have open because of the market growth we are seeing.

The CEO has a great vision for the company but his employees don't respect him.

Cons

If you are an experienced sales professional in the Chicago market, don't waste your time here unless all upper managers are replaced. The interview process gives new comers a great feeling about the opportunity but you quickly learn that the entire interview was a lie. New employees are not respected by the VP. VP prides himself on all employees he fired and keeps a listed record on his office wall. He is very arrogant and extremely unprofessional.
