The CEO has a great vision for the company but his employees don't respect him.

Cons

If you are an experienced sales professional in the Chicago market, don't waste your time here unless all upper managers are replaced. The interview process gives new comers a great feeling about the opportunity but you quickly learn that the entire interview was a lie. New employees are not respected by the VP. VP prides himself on all employees he fired and keeps a listed record on his office wall. He is very arrogant and extremely unprofessional.

There are some really good people who work here, very knowledgeable about manufacturing, and willing to assist. Collegial atmosphere.

Cons

Very much top down authority structure, including accounting making decisions that sales should make.

Friendly people, good benefits, good company in a growing industry with a strong machine builder to back them, great opportunities to grow and to be creative.

Cons

The office environment is not as cohesive as others. Each department feels very separated with low office morale.
