Pros

This has been the most rewarding job I've ever had. My experience as a CNC Machinist and Programmer was very helpful in getting me started but I have learned more in the past few years than I thought possible. Every day presents different challenges that make the job rewarding and keeps me growing. The support from my co-workers and bosses is excellent.

Cons

No complaints so far, maybe a little more communication on bigger picture.
