      Pros

      If you are new to sales, you might learn the basics here. As there is no training, you need to self-learn.

      Cons

      I haven't seen such selfish management anywhere. These horrible people keep all the good leads and companies for themselves and pit employees against each other to benefit from the rat race. It was a terribly toxic workplace you can avoid to save your mental health.

      We're, of course, disappointed to hear this. It would be great to know what office this former employee came from so that we could better address the situation. Again, certainly saddened to hear that this was this individual's experience.

      Some good people work in the office.

      Cons

      In a sales role, the opportunity to succeed is restricted. Leads predominantly funnel to your boss, creating an internal competition that hampers individual success. You will compete against your supervisor and boss for sales and resources. The sales contract lacks credibility and fails to uphold its value in practice. Management's lack of interest in fostering employee success is evident. Numerous seasoned and accomplished sales professionals depart from the company and thrive elsewhere. There's a prevailing dissatisfaction among sales personnel towards the management. Present sales staff feel confined and are eager to seek opportunities elsewhere, leading to a substantial turnover within the sales department.

      We are, of course, very saddened to hear this. This will certainly be shared and reviewed by the leadership team. After reviewing termination reports for our 16 offices across the country we see that two sales people have left since May of this year, each from two different offices - as such, not sure about the numerous sales professionals departing mentioned above.
