Poor pay for the level of work. Expect to do your job and your supervisors. Ambition is rewarded with more work and no more pay. Management and HR are dishonest. Management has no desire to promote from within. They would rather hire off the street with no experience Favoritism is rampant. It’s the company joke. No sick time. Takes forever to accumulate vacation time.
