Stable company with the appearance of secure jobs.

Cons

If you are in technology and have experience you will find yourself stuck behind low performing minimal education and no experience yes people. The company is due for a big correction but the poorly qualified will fight to stay so I am trying to get out to a less like government and better managed company to work for. The bosses do not live up to promises and they will sacrifice you to retain an image whether you have done something or not. Many time served promotion tracts.

Exceptional Health Insurance Coverage at low cost, Pension Plan, Hybrid-Work, Generous PTO

Cons

Haven't been profitable in a very long time. They are not replacing Talented, high paying open positions. Leadership is having a lot of closed door meetings, has become secretive, allowing fear and rumors to start. Leadership sends out emails that leaves employees more confused than they were to begin with. Hired transformation consultants and do not explain what they do for the company.

PTO Is great, remote work, benefits package is good. Bonuses are possible but unlikely.

Cons

This used to be a great company to work for but reorganization had led to massive changes, loss of staff that isn’t replaced, and overall unhappiness. People feel over worked and under appreciated.
