The culture is toxic, very toxic. Individual employees are wonderful, but management is emotionally immature, You will be worked impossibly hard with long hours, and no thanks. If you do well, there is no acknowledgement. If you make a mistake, you will be reprimanded. If you interview, ask them about the turnover rate and why it is so high. The worst part is that they blame the people that leave rather than reflecting on why people are leaving.
