Pros

Management listens to our feedback on day to day tasks or individual jobs and helps out as much as is possible. They do what they can to make the job beneficial for everyone. You could end up traveling for 6 months plus at a time if you express interest in wanting to do something like that.

Cons

Sometimes you may need to travel on a moments notice. There is some leeway if you cannot go, but it is expected of you if you need to book a flight the same day.
