      Pros

      Technically challenging and plenty of work with a good business outlook.

      Cons

      Too little staff with narcissistic and egotistic leaders makes for a very toxic workplace that trickles down to most of the line managers. 1/3 of the engineers quit within 18 months. If i said that we were treated like a number, that would give them more credit than was due. Favoritism rules.

      Pros

      Decent products and some good people at the lower to mid management level.

      Cons

      The company has gone seriously downhill over the last few years mostly due to poor upper level management. Running the company like a college frat party and inability to respond to overseas competition as well as a dramatic decline in product quality and availability.

      Very toxic Environment. You can't believe the directors of engineering and saftey has only a high school degree. Too much office politics. If you raise a saftey issue, they try to fire you, or make the situation so bad for you so that you resign,.
