Pros

A leader in the medical simulation market with room for growth. Very customer focused and makes every effort to improve the user experience. Lots of caring people who can make your job interesting and make you feel part of a team.

Cons

This is more of a comment than a con. If you are good at what you do, you will thrive in this company...any company for that matter!

Pros

Industry leader in health care simulation. Nice people around to work with. opportunity to learn about various departments and product life cycle

Cons

Beware of long term employees, they have not seen outside EMS world. Difficult to make them understand how few things can be done quick and clean. They rather pick quick and dirty solutions, end up spending all their time, sub ordinates time. Eventually training, implementation and support team time. This is one of the main reasons of stressful environment.

Potentially the best at what they do....Medical Simulation Solutions. Employees are all very bright and talented

Cons

Software doesn't work-becomes the customer's problem. Employees are all overworked and morale is dismal
