Pros

Competitive salary, decent options for health benefits, remote work available, good work/life balance.

Cons

Management does not have a clear roadmap to increase revenue. New products are sometimes half baked and it seems that little to no research is done by marketing to ensure a competitive opportunity in the field. This results in stagnation and loss of business to competitors who are more focused on true innovation.

EMS is a great organization where you will find the best people who care about your success working. EMS is an incredible company that cares about their clients and is filled with the best software engineers, sales personnel, and support staff to assist the customers along their journey with better education & training resources.

Cons

Quite a few state-of-the-art products that takes a bit of training to better understand. The learning curve is steep, but with this great team, they will assist you along the way.
