Pros

None, except MAYBE salary and not too bad benefits.

Cons

Micromanagement like you wouldn't believe, and they're too much of a mom and pop shop with not enough employees to get the work done. Incredibly toxic environment. A veritable vipers' pit. Manipulative bullies instead of managers who use passive aggression and gaslighting to terrorize the employees. And the good people are chased away because this place is an unstable, chaotic mess.
