They were a previous leader in the simulation industry and have some really great people trying their best to take care of clients.

Cons

The current CEO has no people or communication skills. They recently re-structured the sales team and now has had multiple layoffs,

Decent place to work but not a ton of growth. Also they don’t allow remote work even though we basically work remotely in an office as is.

Pros

Handful of good people here who should be looking elsewhere.

Cons

Management is clueless. Upper management I'd oblivious. Most of them can't do the job. Sponge ideas off their u derlings and pass them off as their own. There is zero planning in projects and a constant state of hurry up and do something but noone knows what that something should be. Morale is in the dumpster. Hiring is a bit sketchy. They pull a bait and switch with vacation days when you come onboard. If things don't change this company will go under.
