- Provides opportunity to be promoted from within - Encourages innovative ideas to further cause of business - A small start-up type look and feel. - Easily accessible management with open-door policy - Great mix of people to work with - Great work/life balance - Management supports bringing in vendors for training - Very flexible

- Some teams/people need more accountability and should be held for task they sign up for. - Some teams stuck with old processes and ways of doing things.
