Pros
Flexible schedule; vacation days are high quickly: not a lot of positives about working here.
Cons
-management difficult to work with; lots of nepotism; HR department is a nightmare; high expectations of their employees with little compensation; weekend work necessary even if you don't have childcare; HR departmet a mess and unprofessional. nothing is privileged; no bonuses; little to no raises ever given; no 401k match; health insurance is not affordable; nothing is ever enough and often times employees are told that their happiness is not the company concern; huge turnover; have to pay back training cost if tenure is less than 2 years; unrealistic expectations of employees time and effort.
