      Pros

      They give you the opportunity to cross train in different departments and areas within your department. Lots of opportunities in different labs for relocation.

      Cons

      Very little trainning. Most of what you do is self taught, lab staff is so busy there is no time for detailed trainning.

      Pros

      It's a paycheck but get out ASAP. You could get a lot of laughter from the stupid things that go on there, I wouldn't call it a lab it's more like a low budget circus.

      Cons

      Wow they out right show favoritism the only ppl that get raise are those bcuz if you call 10-30 cent a raise then your desperate. The ppl that actually went to school and have a degree get treated and paid just like the guys that dropped out of h.s. Then they put the majority of black Americans in the nob department with NO CHANCE to improve. The day of my interview she had some broken down sweats and a tank top. They work the analyst like dogs and the ppl on 3rd shift have it worse. There health insurance is so expensive your better off getting Obama care or Medicaid especially if you have kids! Raises "10,20-30¢" are giving whenever.
