Worst job ever.

Pros

There are almost no good reasons to work for this company. Perhaps if you live nearby, convenience may be a good one.If you want to work hard for low pay and no acknowledgment for your efforts, this is place.

Cons

There was no "science" being performed in the lab. Data/QC was often falsified. Apathy, back-stabbing, gossiping and tawdry affairs between analysts and managers took the place of any actual work. Don't bother bringing anything unethical to the attention of anyone because nothing will be done about it. Unless you are related to a Frasca, (name of the owner), you will get nowhere.

Pros

-option to do 40 hours in 4 days -decent benefits

Cons

- terrible pay - unsafe work environment - unless you have video proof of a work accident happening at work the company will not pay you for sick leave - no matter how much over time you do or how hard you work it is never good enough - tries to trap you at the company with contracts - the company just really doesn't care about their employees as it is a high turn over company - no Christmas bonus to speak of

Pros

If you need a job, its a job.

Cons

Very unscientific Most people working in science positions have no background or knowledge of science Busier in the summer and they expect you to work OT all the time Very poor pay Terrible benefits and you pay a lot for them Nowhere to go They make you sign a non-compete so you can't work else where in a certain radius from any of their labs No sick days, you have to use your vacation days or miss pay
