Pros

No set time on when you can arrive/leave which is very flexible (this was only because I had a very unusual schedule). Vacation time is nice and never had a problem taking off when I needed.

Cons

This is hands down the worst place I have ever worked in my entire life. Unless you are family or are friends with upper management then you will never get anywhere in this company. I have been with this company for a year and a half and I still haven't even gotten as much as a “thank you” for my hard work and dedication. It is a very unsafe and dangerous lab if you could even call it a lab.

Flexible with vacation, and analysts have the opportunity to work a 4 day work week.

Cons

The pay is low, it takes upper management ages to deal with serious issues. High employee turnover means lots of overtime and stress for current employees. The company is growing but the labs can barely keep up.
