Pros

It's a job, but only if you have no other options. Seems ok at first but you soon learn otherwise. Vacation is the only real benefit.

Cons

Low pay, long hours, no employee loyalty. Revolving door employment. The benefits are terrible, the health care is not affordable at the wages they pay. Can't hire any quality workers because the wages are too low. The good people you get don't stick around because they realize there are much better opportunities elsewhere. Upper management is made up of family and old friends. They often ignore unethical practices that take place in other EMSL locations.

Opportunity to grow, senior management very approachable, flexible schedule, the owner is very open to new ideas and suggestions, if you show your value, you will be rewarded

Cons

Pay range moderate, overall benefits moderate, sometimes conflicting plans for the development/growth of the company, Some lab managers have no real managerial skills.
