This job is good for experience and nothing else. If you actually have bills to pay, don’t waste your time. Upper management is extremely disorganized and cant seem to comprehend what actually goes on in a lab setting or the cost of living in the Bay Area. The wages are comparable to fast food wages, minus the demand in work. They constantly increase work load while barely supplying adequate training and pay to accompany it.

management is terrible and doesn’t help when workload gets stressful, but they expect you to take the heavy workload without complaints. There might be times you have to learn how to do something yourself because management won’t teach/help you. The procedure documents are very vague and not helpful, especially during training period.
