The employees are just a number. The health insurance that is offered to its employees is terrible and the deduction from your paycheck is astronomical. HR is a joke! They constantly hire new employees for higher level/managerial positions (without proper screenings) instead of promoting from within. Senior management are family members, uneducated and incompetent. Most departments in corporate headquarters are seriously dysfunctional. Professionalism is non-existent. Most employees with excellent work ethic and college degrees don’t get recognized for their exceptional performances and do not get raises. Don’t waste your time working here unless you are fresh out of college and you need to gain work experience to put on your resume! This place leads to a dead-end. Do yourself a favor and LOOK ELSEWHERE!

The managers are very rude to employees They overwork their employees and rush them to complete an unreasonable amount of work. You are frowned upon for taking any breaks even the legal 15 minutes ones. The environment is very stressful and my colleagues and I never were given positive reenforcement or any positive comments, we were only yelled at and told what we did wrong. The pay is extremely low compared to the industry average and the benefits are terrible, 5 days of vacation and sick time.
