EMSL is the worst company I have ever worked for. Think of the owners as a mini trump empire. A company run by family who promotes spouses into positions they are not qualified for. Decisions based on greed and corruption. They do not care about their employees. They purchase the cheapest property in the worst neighborhoods where you feel unsafe at work. They don't supply drinking water to employees. No recognition, no bonuses , no proper training. They take advantage of you and do not appreciate any work you do. They want you to sign a non-compete, agreeing to not work in the industry within a 60 mile radius for one year yet HR seeks out people from competitors. Hypocrites!!!!! Treat your people good and they wouldn't look to work for other companies. So much political bs with these guys. Many of the managers are racist and religious bringing personal views into a work environment which is unacceptable. Never work here.
