If you work hard and have a good manager, you can learn a lot.

Cons

Upper management will not support you. There are companies out there who appreciate and reward their employees for their hard work and dedication. This company is not one of them. There are companies out there who support their employees in their times of need. This company is not one of them. Labs are understaffed, and equipment breaks constantly. The benefits are terrible. Do not work here.

It's inside and in the air conditioning.

Cons

Slow to give you a pay raise. Expect you to do everything even if you are not trained to do it. Want you to fix broken things to save the company money. Managers are horrible professionals . Dispose of you in an instant.
