Pros

I was able to do some of the things I loved which was social media, email campaigns and making graphics

Cons

A lot of the time I was bored and was expected to find things on my own to do, would send boss projects 2 weeks in advance often once or twice and was expected to send them again when she did not answer, pay was below average and benefits were not suffice as well as PTO was terrible. Felt uncomfortable with the way the boss made me feel and was stressed for no reason. Felt uncomfortable to the point where I felt sick coming to work but I felt I needed to stick it out. I was “let go” after 4 months for absolutely no reason, they are “entitled “ to do so, without warning or anything of that nature

Pros

Schedule flexibility and overtime

Cons

no balance between work and home life, disgruntled employees, disrespectful managers, working in hazardous condition w/o protective gear, low pay, fire the hard-working employees for minor infractions and keep those who are lazy(I did not get fired, I resigned)

Good Work Experience, Poor Compensation

Pros

Training programs for entry level positions provide strong foundation for success, so long as they are taken seriously.

Cons

Low wages that do not rise nearly fast enough to fairly compensate experience level or productivity. Entry level positions do not pay well, and pay increases are minimal, regardless of employee commitment or contribution level.
