you can come in when ever you want and leave when ever you want withing you assigned schedule, as long as you do the work and come around the time you are supposed to come in.

Cons

Managers promise you to be trained in a new department but they NEVER do. They never appreciate anyone's hard work. Working conditions in the NOB department are completely dirty and full of dust from the material people work with it will be of no surprise if people breath in Asbestos .

Awesome Coworkers; Bearable working conditions

Cons

Horrible benefits; Really bad pay; Horrible work life balance; no real room for movement; Stressful when busy; beyond boring when dead; Rules that don't make sense; Being on call is by far the worst experience because of how rarely you actually get called in; plus being available 24/7 for clients when they tell you they could wait is unbearable; Just overall a very unfulfilling job experience.

Working in the City and some (a very limited few) coworkers.

Cons

Completely unprofessional office culture. Nepotism and favoritism are rampant, as is sexual harassment. The people (including some managers) are some of the most immature, uneducated, petty, and pathetic people you will ever meet. This is not a safe or healthy environment to work in. The lab is out of date and the air in this place feels unsafe. If you value your health, sanity and self-esteem, do not work here. The pay is terrible, the benefits are unaffordable, the chances for promotions are slim and the management is incompetent.
