Fast Pace Environment. Always work to do even if slow. A constant learning environment for cross training thus easier to be granted a raise. (only if the workload isn't overwhelming that is). Lab Culture is different per lab but the one other lab i have visited was a great experience along side the one I worked at. People in the company are always willing to help out. Questions are always welcomed and answer to the best of their abilities.

Cons

Doesn't pay well with the amount of work load. (typically pays more than minimum wage. but only just livable). Work load is typically seasonal feeling. (Winter is slower. Summer is crazy amounts of work [PLM work]). This is relating to school schedule. Amount of PTO/Benefits is lack luster.
