Very flexible, small team, usually laid back.

Cons

Poor training, low pay and benefits are meh (if you're able to stay long enough and work your way up this does improve a bit, but as far as pay increases go you need to apply pressure to get them. They are not transparent with pay), clients have full access to talk to analysts whenever and however they choose.
