-Flexible schedule (you get a decent amount of days off and they're pretty lenient with them) -Non stressful environment (you have deadlines but they work well with your speed) -communicative lab management (lab manager listens to what you have to say most of the time)

Cons

Cons: -Poor corporate management (I.E. corporate, HR, etc.) corporate doesn't realize what is needed to meet a deadline and HR is not your friend that will turn on their employees very easily as they did me when I put in my notice -Poor pay (for the pricing of the services you'd think that they would pay the people who actually do the services better)
