It’s Hard to Move Up

Pros

Career growth can be pretty limited. Most lead generation jobs are entry-level, and the path forward isn’t always clear. If you’re not interested in moving into sales or marketing, there might not be a lot of options to grow.

Cons

Even if you’re putting in the work and showing results, the company might not have the resources or vision to promote you. It's frustrating when you feel like you’re stuck in the same position without much room for advancement.

Pros

Good consulting firm with some great products with a Midwest humble approach. If you play your cards right you can put yourself in a great position to go work for one of the clients after two years or move into another aspect of the energy industry.

Cons

No diversity at all in the St Paul, MN office, but the people who work there are progressive so it doesn't line up. No real mentorship or coaching culture, they don't develop the right talent.
