Pros

Benefits are very good aswel as RSP contributions which are matched

Cons

There is nowhere to move upwards and onwards you stay in one position and employees are not looked after as in they are always hiring someone new instead of giving the opportunity to employees to achieve something new

Pros

Lots of variety of positions and the staff take pride in their work to be the clients trusted advisor.

Cons

Senior management is disengaged with how overworked the hourly staff are and only seem to care about making large gross margins and not balancing profit with work life balance.
